Disable Entrance Sounds

Entrance Sounds can be funny, but many times they are really annoying. I would like the option to turn off other users' entrance sounds when they join a voice call, whether it be globally or per-user.

As an example: Someone I know uses this one that sounds like a ghast screeching and it's really irritating as I have hearing sensitivity.
