Is this real, " Server Seized Bot "

Hello, recently I was banned from my server, and someone DM'd me an image saying 

" This server has been seized, and shut down for the time being whilst we investigate a private matter, and gather evidence. Which will then be submitted in a police report.

Extensive information on this matter will not be revealed to the public, but we would like to highlight the main causes of the concern towards the community:

- Account theft
