discord support doesn't help at all
my account was disabled 4 days ago for being underage. I sent multiple tickets with my age information, they all appear solved but my account is still disabled. it's like support doesn't care they just want their paychecks so they screen our requests without doing anything about them so that they can collect their paychecks

i keep sending appeal after appeal but they all just get marked as solved. the person my appeals are assigned to, ‘Nelly’ obviously is one of the lazy support employees who don't care what happens to your account, the type that just reads ur request, marks it as solved and then collect their paycheck at the end of the week. discord really needs to fire these greedy lazy af idiots they call their support team

Apparently ‘Nelly’ is just a name they will use across multiple people that work in support, so I wouldn't be that disheartened. However, I am in a similar vein, my account has been disabled for 5 days and I haven't gotten much back from them.
Hopefully that changes before the 2 weeks is up, I have a lot of important stuff on that account + boosts + nitro and other cosmetics and it'd suck if I lost it all that because of something I am clearly proving wrong lol.1 -
Cupcau ur situation is even more worse than mine lol. my account is relatively new and there is nothing important on it so I can handle losing it. u however rlly need to fight for it

If it helps any, I also messaged support@discord.com and stressed how important it was to get my account back, and that I was worried about not getting any feedback and that if I had to change anything I would appreciate someone telling me. (I linked my original age request ticket as well).
The ticket for that went through and was actually the one that got replied to.0 -
