Hacked Account for over a month…
My account was hacked on January 4th and ever since I submitted support tickets to try and get it resolved, and it’s been over a month and no action has been taken and I’ve been given the same copy paste automated responses on my tickets every time. I’ve provided evidence, details, and anything else I can provide but nothing has been done. What makes it worse is that they would close my ticket without doing anything and now it seems they won’t even respond to my current one. I’ve been a supporter of discord with that account for over 7 years and it’s apparent to see the lack of care, especially when I have people telling me they have been waiting entire years and then on the other hand some say they had their situation resolved within a week. I am admit that I was in a state of panic at first, then a state of confusion, and now I don’t even know what to say anymore.

I'm on the same boat, discord account got hacked a week ago and got the automated message, still haven't got a word from support.

The same thing happened to me last year, I had my account hacked with my cards saved because I have been a nitro subscriber for over 2 years, and when I sent the ticket to recover my account they only responded to me after 1 whole month.
And I recently had my account disabled claiming that I am underage, but I have had the account disabled before for the same reason and I have sent photos of my documents again and there are simply no responses.
