Not Recieving Help
My account was disabked bc for some reason moderation thought i was 12 but im actually 15
I made multiple requests to get my account back and i showed proof of me being 15 but my requests just get marked qs solved even tho i never recieved help

the same is happening to me, but when you open several tickets with the same reason, the nelly bot marks it as resolved and only leaves 1 ticket on the subject
I already had my account disabled once for the same reason and I had my account disabled again and I sent the ticket and it's been 5 days and no response from support

It's happening to me right now and I am going to lose it. Getting banned for no reason just doesn't make it any better. Why not ban the real underage people rather than us, who are way above the age requirement.
