Age Update
I have already seen TONS of posts about this, and I still can't get it. My ticket is “solved” but my account is still blocked. The exact same thing happens to others, they prove that they are, infact, not under 13 and they have their ticket “solved” but the account is, well, not “solved”. That sucks. Also I am absolutely sure that I am supposed to receive some kind of e-mail from the Support Team so I know why my account is still banned, but there is just nothing?
