The Desktop App Suddenly Stopped Working

It was running Update.exe when I clicked on the Discord icon. I've deleted the files indicated with troubles getting it to launch and the only thing it did was delete the app from my computer. It didn't fix anything. I go to install the app and I get the error posted at the end of this. I don't know what's wrong with it. I also couldn't get logged into this site until I tried to create an account and it informed me that one already existed.

I recently had someone reach out to me on Twitch to ask me to friend them on Discord to play games. I have no idea who the person is and I can provide their IDs, however, I don't know why someone just sending me a message on Twitch would cause this error. The troubles started after their Whispers to me though so on the weird off chance that the two are related…

Here is the error I get when trying to install Discord, it is not in the programs listed to try to uninstall it so I can't do that properly now as I deleted the Discord folders for %appdata% and %localappdata% as instructed earlier.

    I've tried running the setup as an administrator and it gets stuck in a loop of asking me if I want to allow it to make changes to my system.
