Statuses on appeal messages
Hi!!! i know this sound stupid but i do like to know what does the statuses means in the discord appeal messages/request, i have 2 appeal (which i did by accident) and one of them was red open, then the other one was solved. i just wanted to know what does solved means in the ticket status!! is my account already fixed or only checked? lmk please reply!!

If u have more than a single ticket for same thing they close one.

Its been 6 days since i sent an appeal, i have sent 4. They closed 3 with no respond and the newest one (which is the fourth) is still open, i hope they understand about my appeal..
