Impossible to use for non computer geniuses.

question 1 why does it keep saying the account is unclaimed? 2 how do I get the VR screen that occupies the whole montier to get wamller,so I can access the task bar. 3 why when I register for a group activity can't I hear any sounds or see & hear what's happening. To read all the written instructions would take a year. Also to be able to remember any of the point would require a huge memory. Why can't there be a simple youtube as to at least teach one how to get started. Literally I spent hour trying to use this thing. On one at the VA understands or can explain this thing.
