discord ignore nitro user

My account was disabled without any reason. 
There must be some misunderstanding because I was just sleeping at that time.
I refuse to make a new account because everything I know is on there and I'm a well-paying customer I have had nitro for so long.
Please stop answering me with a robot message and reopen my precious account.
