Upgrade process for desktop app

The way the desktop app updates is painful.

There are two thing I'd like to change if I could:

1. The app updater is a separate window. This means that if I start Discord, I have to wait until it's finished opening it's windows (which is a few seconds) before I can go back to what else I'm doing. I open and close Discord several times a day, so this becomes a nuisance.

2. Updating on Ubuntu Linux is fiddly. I have to essentially reinstall it every time there's an update (download a .deb file and `sudo apt install` it), which is often because Discord updates frequently.

p.s. other than the updates, discord is awesome and very well made
