@unknown-user update on uncached users is terrible and inconvenient, who thought this was a good idea?
This breaks a lot of bots (especially moderation bots and fun bots that have features such as leaderboards), there's absolutely no good reason to obfuscate an ID, it's not personal information. Rollback this dogshit feature and fire the person who had this terrible idea, thnx

Absoultely needs to be rolled back. This is actually destroying our ability to police our servers against scammers.
Folks who are running servers that provide actual services for business use are always targeted by scammers and now its worse because we can't remove them easily with this unknown user nonsense. Needs to be changed back for the security of our servers
