reporting underaged users

i'm trying to report someone for being underaged while using the ‘submit a request’ feature and i am so confused on how to do it. none of the options fit what i'm trying to do and i can't report any of the actual messages the user sent due to them deleting the one that has the evidence. i have the message links but i don't know how to get their account deleted.
