Video Size Customization

I think there should be a feature to customize the size of each video on a server or call. Currently each video is either the same size or you have to focus on one. Adding a feature to customize the size of each video window would help those watching several streams/video calls at the same time (it can be pay walled behind Nitro too if you really want).
