Role Mentioning

Create it so server administrators can set who can tag which role within a certain timeframe and who cannot tag them at all.

I'd like a feature where I can disable lets say, @members from tagging @staff however allow @donators to be able to tag @staff. It'd come in very handy to me and I'd love to have the option to do this

  Yes, add these feature it also stop people from spam mentioning roles.

  This would be very useful for servers with high population
