A new badge for passed away members
Recently a friend of mine passed away and I was thinking that I could contact the discord team to do something to his account. Sadly there is no such feature so I would like to suggest a badge for passed away members.

Having a friend that's just recently passed, I would absolutely love this feature

It might just be better if the user account is disabled and then deleted if no one logs in for over a year if they confirm that information. Also, this may be an invasion of privacy for the entire internet to know. -5 -
It's not an invasion of privacy if it's linked to published obituaries.
Facebook has a method for dealing with deceased members, something along the lines of converting the account to a "memorial" mode. Perhaps look at what they do.

this could be a good thing facebook had it but now i don't think that a badge could be the most appropriate thing but something else yes 5
