A permission to send images

Have a dude in a server who posts pictures that nobody wants to see. I was going to give him a role that disables the right to post images but there isn't one. Sharing files doesn't seem to affect image sending.

  this is already a feature! permissions you look for are called "attach files" and "embed links"
