Notification Ranking - New Feature

The ability to toggle whether or not a direct message or @ mention (ping) will give a numbered notification icon (badge), and the ability to toggle whether or not non-direct messages, and pings will give an unnumbered notification icon (badge). I.E. An option for a given channel in a given server to send a user notifications as thought they were pings, thus giving the numbered icon, as opposed to the unnumbered icon it would otherwise.
