Keep the Home and DM button pinned at the top of the server column

It is difficult to know when new DMs have come in, and there's no visual indicator that stands out from regular pings and updates in servers. Further, having to scroll up to the top every time you want to see/respond to a DM is a pain. If the Home button at the top, along with a new DM button, lived above the scrollbar that would solve both of these problems.

  i would prefer if it's an optional option to pin or not to have it pinned
