Add an option for users who are deaf in one ear to change what channel the audio plays through in the voice channels.

I've had a major issue with Discord Voice Channels on Android for 2 years where every time I join the voice channel I can't hear anyone even though they are talking. I have just discovered the reason behind this and as someone who is deaf in the left ear find this a major issue for users who are deaf in one ear.

I suggest a feature for users to be able to move a slider on where they want audio to play through.
