Have the option to choose a successor for when your sever when you get banned

Whenever a server owner gets banned, more likely their server will be deleted. That's why I suggest that you should be able to choose a successor, much like this post, to your server. If, by chance, you get banned, the server doesn't go down into the void and get forgotten, but instead the successor takes over the server. There should also be a notice for when you inherit a server, telling you that you've inherited "Gabe's Goldland" or "Witcher 3 Discord" etc. If there's no successor, then the server gets memed and either sent to the void or a random person with the administrator powers should be chosen to lead the server. The former option should happen if there's no other admin nor successor.
