In chat hidden message

Not sure what the proper name for this feature would be.

But when building a bot it would be really nice to be able to send private messages or an interactable prompt to users that prompted it, while not appearing to anyone else.

Would enable a lot more interactivity when building bots as something like a card game would be much more and wouldn't require going back and forth in private messages.

    I would also like this. Something to the nature of a /whisper command to send private messages in a group chat setting. This way people can interact with the bot without spamming chat and without the hassle of a million dm tabs
