Option to remove emojis

 I know this might be taken the wrong way but hear me out. I know there are options to remove reactions and the use of external emojis, but people can and do spam emojis including the ones default to discord itself. I think a permission option to be able in channels and entire categories remove the ability to use emojis all together if we wanted would be nice especially if we want to make a server that is meant to be structured and well controlled or serious.

    I love this idea, as there are people out there who abuse emotes, and wont use them properly. I usually have to have to mute them because of "spam" or similar, and its normally emotes.

    I really like this idea - especially if it's connected to the role and channel permissions. That way you could permit trusted users to post Emoji freely while restricting everyone else. Or do the opposite if you choose to.
