Permission Watcher (admin or /w specific perm)

https://imgur.com/6vLXgaY Okay this screenshot makes it easier to understand what I am suggesting, I feel like for as simples as permissions are when it comes to manage big servers and huge amounts of roles it is nice to have a sum up of what people can and can't do so that the server experience is not damaged with any legendary sword of spam, or Hyper Beam of prune , we all know that would be super effective on the chats that we all love, the screenshot shows the permissions of each person and the color on the permission kind of indicates which roles is allowing the usage of these chat rare techniques. This way an admin can quickly locate the issue and know where to hit to get that sweet critical strike that nerfs the over buffed heroes back to their place. 😄
