i keep gettting this message what does i mean?

SquirrelSetup.log 

and i open it and it is a long list of script that I don't understand and i try to uninstall discord but it doesn't let me because some file called "locales" is open somewhere else but I don't have anything else open.

Then I tried downloading discord again and it won't let me install it again either I get another list of script.

What do I do?
