I can't get into my account through my phone

I keep getting grainy pictures and its asking me to verify stuff and it doesn't like my answers and it won't let me into my account. there is no way to ask someone questions to fix it, it keeps sending you more grainy pictures. I am on a ton of other social medias and don't have this problem anywhere. How can I use my phone to get into my damn account, why isn't my password enough? Why can't you talk to anyone on here when there's a problem????
