Notifications are extremely delayed / not being sent

This has been going on for a few months now - I'm only ever seeing notifications from Discord once a day, always at around 11:30 at night. If I get a notification during the day, it's like they're being stored in a buffer to be pushed all at once that night. I have notification settings turned on, notifications are on in the app, and all my other apps are fine. It's just happening for Discord and I'm not sure why.
