Notification to the client after time passed [ 1 week / 3 month / 1 year ] he didn't be on activity on the server

if the client had no activity on a server for amount of time , and the client is joined the server ( expect he is the server query/creator) , notify him about it. Notification should be: "{username}, You've didn't been active on {servername} Server for {time}. Click here to explore the server". clicking on it will open discord to this server.
