Starts partially off screen with dissimilar monitors

I have two 1080P monitors and one 1440P monitor, with the 1440 in the middle. Before I had three 1080P monitors and it worked fine. Now it starts up on the left like in the photo below. Moving it to the right and exiting it, doesn't seem to make it remember where it should be.
Currently the below photo is how my monitors are arranged, and moving the left one up or down only changes the vertical starting position.
I can't find a setting that would affect this. Is there one that does help with this?
