Set whether or not I want a person to see what I am doing

I would like you to put in the configurations a way to add people that I do not want them to see what I'm doing, how to play or stremear.

    You can already deny people access to see what you're playing by going to User Settings > Game Activity then toggling "Display currently running game as a status message."
