Control Speaker Voice Volume

Please give the option to adjust volume for Voice when using 'Speaker' output. Currently there is a manual control that you need to adjust, which is annoying and dumb, why not make it so it works with Android OS?

    On the iPhone there’s a built in ear piece and the larger louder speakers. Unfortunately there no way to choose your preference. Also sound output volume is minuscule for me even after max gain adjustment on the user and max phone volume. I love Discord but this is a bummer.
