Make Encouraging Spam Against TOS

I'd like to request that encouraging spam be made against the terms of service.

I've recently come across servers using "Invite Rewards", such as giving out ranks or sometimes even money in exchange for inviting a certain amount of users. 

All this does is encourage their user base to join other larger discord servers and spam the members with invite links. While the individual users are breaking the terms of service by spam inviting, the Discord server promoting the spam should also share equal responsibility and be warned or shutdown if the behavior continues. Invite rewards should be against the terms of service since all they do is promote spam. If you create a good server that provides a valuable experience, you shouldn't need to pay anyone to invite others.

    They really should be against TOS, I have encountered some that were sold when they reached 5k members, so basically invites=nitro, enough users invited to the server=server sold, they are useless, the servers are spam, they encourage spam, its just a cheap way of claiming you made your server popular when really your are cheating to get the members, there are people like me that struggle to grow, the way you are supposed to get members is using your friends to grow the server, sometimes using partnerbot and disboard, but in no way should you be bribing people to get members in your server
