Add Switch to turn email notifications on/off

Please add a switch to turn email notifications on or off in the notification settings area. This is a 10 min project and people have been begging for it for years.

    How has something this simple gone years without a fix? Having no way to re-enable email notifications is a poor design choice.

    They don't care. They've ignored this request for literally years. Shameful. They want to force us to be on their app at all time. Sometimes we're offline, deal with it!
