Feature Request - Positional audio

It would be cool if discord added an option for games like minecraft and starbound to have positional audio so you could hear your friends better when they’re closer to you but no when they’re farther away. It’d also be cool if you could assign specific games to voice channels for this kind of thing.

    This would be much appreciated! Or just an API that let us change the users volumes to start with, so that you can change each user's voice per user

    I would appreciate this immensely while playing video games with my friends! Unfortunately though, I'm not sure if Discord's rebranding as your place to talk could have an effect on the likelihood of this suggestion being approved :(
