Voice Channel volume too low on iOS even if it’s on max volume.

Everytime I join a voice chat, I have issues hearing my friends. Although my volume is on max, it still feels like 10% of its volume. Please fix this?

Issue encountered on iPhone 7 iOS 12.1.2
