Update to the channel Sync permission

So in each channel permission setting is a button where you can sync with the category. I think it would be beneficial to have a reverse to that, a button in the category to force all channels inside said category to Sync. If you dont have many to change, sure doing it manually is fine. But if the reverse is the case, and only a few need to be different but the bulk needs to be synced, then a forced sync inside the category settings would come in Handy
