View the reaction name upon viewing reactions

  I wanted to suggest something like this for mobile too, because while you can now press and hold an emoji in your list to see its name (on Android at least), this only applies to emojis from the servers you're a part of.

  What if someone reacts to a post with an emote from a completely different server? Or text they've sent is too long and the name cuts off?
