Password Recovery & Never Receiving Verify Email

Hi there! I have an account named RockStar_Olivia_jonas #0625. Due to a problem with my email (which resulted in my email never recieving a verify your email when I signed up), I couldn't change my password. I tried to change it when I tried to relog in but it said my email didn't exist. Why's that? I registered with the email wdwfan23@verizon.net
