[Feature request(s)] Temporarily revoking invites, machine ID bans, cookie based bans

As one of my servers and its partners become inflated with a few raiders, I've thought of a few possibilities to attempt to stop raiders and people who attempt to continue to rejoin using alts.

1. Revoking invites temporarily - Mostly self explanatory, instead of deleting invites as a whole and leaving us to replace it everywhere that it is, instead we should be allowed to revoke invites during certain periods of time in so to stop raiders to continue to do what they do best.
2. Machine ID bans, Cookie bans - I feel these would be possible good ways to strengthen bans, which would make it harder to get into a server using tools like VPN. As the title of this recommendation describes, this would use cookies and machine IDS to keep users out of a server. Of course, this isn't going to be a completely foolproof method, but it definitely makes it harder or a longer process for raiders and ban evaders to get in the server.
3. Extra: Blocking based on ban methods, to make it harder for blackmailing or similar practices.
