Auto register / join user to Discord server

I have a site and want to add Discord  chat server . Is it possible to login user in Discord server without requiring Discord registration or nee to login as Discord guest. 

I'm looking for way users just to click on link and Discord server to be open with their username which used on my site. Is it possible to send user credentials to Discord server ( including username ) so to make this transparent integration ?
