Oculus Quest/Go support?
Curious if there are any plans to work with mobile headset manufacturers to get some sort of lightweight clients on their headsets? With quest releasing and a lot of people jumping onto it, it splits the community into those with PC's/Discord, and those without.

Like virtual desktop, and you can stream the games directly onto discord, I think.

I haven't found and would like to talk to my friend on discord while playing beat saber on Quest without connected to PC.
Ofc. it works through PC but my beat saber is in Quest and not steam or Oculus (rift) Store.0 -
You guys could sideload a APK of discord, but you will be unable to talk and game at the same time

Sideloaded but can't run game in background or other way around sadly. They need to build it in somehow. It's so lightweight and phones can also do it so why not quest?

With how powerful the Quest 2 is, this should definitely be a thing. While you could sideload the android discord client onto a quest, it'd be nice if we got something more similar to the desktop client on it.

Not going to lie. Pretty upset that Oculus support seems to be doing nothing about my ticket 2285348. I don't even think they actually care about customers or customer service ! Really fed up with this

It's to bad oculous is the only cheap alternative. My parents nor I have the money to spend on a pc rn. so the quest 2 is my only way to play vr. It works great but I can't talk to my friends on discord and play games at the same time. and for some reason virtual desktop is 20 dollars which makes like no sense at all.

Virtual Desktop cost money because it costs time and effort to create such an amazing wireless SteamVR experience. If you would create an application and update it weekly to keep up with the graphic card updates, wouldn’t you want to earn something for it. There are only 3 things free. The Sun, The Sea and The Wind. And we have to deal with it. Everyone loves to see discord on Quest but facebook isn’t planning on doing it because its Facebook and they want to push their own software in your hands
