Better Support for Portable Software

I find Discord APP doesn't play well with auto-detecting portable software. I'd like it to be a bit more aware of these.

Example.

I can run the same (portable) Blender.exe, and besides Discord not automatically recognizing i started Blender and show it as the current running game as a status message, when i forcefully have to manually "add it" to the list of games, Discord APP adds a copy of the same .exe (same path) to the "added games"  list, before finally setting Blender as the game being played as a status message.

So, not only doesn't it detect when i start Blender, each time i want to show im playing Blender, the Added Games list keep growing with the same entry.

Would recommend an improvement to this.
