Add the ability to control notification settings by right clicking channels and categories instead of needing to right click server

I think this is pretty self explaining, i just feel like it would be much faster and better to have the option Notification settings when i right click a channel or category.

    Right-clicking (or long pressing on mobile) to access notification settings is currently available on all clients! And, it is planned to add this to categories in the future as well (not ETA).
