Allow over 9 roles to be displayed in the right click-role quick-apply menu, or allow mods to customise which roles appear

In some servers, they have an "invite lobby". in these servers, users must speak before being let through. this stops spambots from reaching the main server. however, the roles to approve these users are typically the lowest, as it is just @everyone, but with access to the server.

This presents an issue for server with a larger amount of roles, as the quick-select method of approval will fail if over 9 roles are added. the "approved member" role being applied falls off the bottom, leaving the top priority roles - admin, moderator etc - to be the only ones you can quick-apply. this is naturally counter-productive, you are going to apply the higher roles far less than the lower ones. An admin is applied every 4 months, but lower roles could be applied every 4 hours.

Can we please have more control over this menu, or invert the menu so lower roles appear, while higher roles are the ones to get the chop if over 9 roles exist on the server?
