TTS wont stop

ik this isnt feedback but yeah. My tts wont stop unless I put deafening on. I tried what you put with disabling TTS but it wont work. TTS keeps talking on my DM's ,  Group Chats, and every single server on every single channel. Even if I have server mute or the group chat muted or their DM muted. Please give me some advice and help me. Its really annoying. Thank you.
