i caaant hear anybody and I cant open my discordapp

I really hear if i switch or if someone join all that sounds I hear. i can talk , they hear me but i cant hear them.
I already check my Settings but ther is Nothing i can Change
my biggest Problem is. i have allready re_downloaded and downloaded again but ic cant open Discord.
thats why I have been talk at the discordBroser the last 5 month. but since it dosent work anymore. i already said.
please help me
