Provide context/reasons in audit logs for more actions

It would be great to be able to tell other moderators on a server why someone did a action on the server, just like how you can specify a reason why you've banned/kicked a person on the server. You can add this to the Delete Message popup. In case you give a role to someone, then you could hold down shift and bring a similar prompt. I think this could be great for guilds that use roles to mute members that break a rule.
