New permission: edit own role.

Would be useful for admin's since a admin cant edit their role color etc even tho they should be allowed to do anything since they are trusted users.

  No, not all roles are given to trusted users, if you want a user to be able to let admins edit their own role add a non-displayed role, for example a role called *, this would let them edit their own role.
