Option to manually disable > quotes in a manner similar to emoticons.

The addition of ">" quotes has proven to be more than annoying to me and a couple of friends, and I assume more people aswell, given that it's often used in certain emotes, or greentext copy pastas. 

Since there are also people who do like the feature, given that it makes it a lot easier to read texts that have multiple quotes or making long quotes a lot more clearer, I'd like to suggest an option to manually disable it, akin to the "Automatically convert emoticons in your message into emoji" feature toggle found in "Text & Images".
