Disabling Link Preview also hides any other embeds

When disabling link previews this also disables embeds generated by bots.

This is NOT a bug report, this is currently an intended handling as confrmed by support when i had contacted them, I was told by support to make this feedback post.


This is a feature request for seperate toggles

    Support is still claiming that the "link preview" setting is supposed to make most bot messages completely blank.

    Yeah, it's annoying and weird. I had made a similar request ages ago on the former Feedback platform that's gone now. With the rise of embed usage nowadays (with slash commands and stuff) this setting is past due to be split.

    It's even weird they agree with that but also be like "it's weird yes, but supposed to be that way" O.o

    3 years and nothing about this yet... Making games or different types of channels (forums, stage etc) seems more fancy...
